UNU-INRA OPERATING UNITS

UNU-INRA uses membership of the College of Research Associates to identify teams of scientists that can form "cells of excellence" in disciplines relevant to the programme areas of UNU-INRA. One of the goals of this process is to encourage the host institution of the cell and the national government to work with UNU to transform the "cell of excellence" into a "Centre of Excellence" for enhanced post-graduate research and training. Such a "Centre" functions as a UNU-INRA "Operating Unit".

UNU-INRA has established a set of guidelines used for the establishment of operating units. These guidelines can be found in the following document:

Guidelines for Establishing UNU-INRA Operating Units [47.5KB MS Word]
